Students Zelenograd "Moscow Institute of electronic technology" Ekaterina Okhrimenko and Maria Makarova with a great result made at the student's Championship of Europe in beach volleyball, held in the Croatian split. Sportswomen took 5-6 places.

The European competitions took place at the most visited beach in Split, located in the Eastern part of the city.

15 teams from Croatia, France, Switzerland, Spain, England and other countries took part in the tournament. They represented the universities of Europe.
