The delegation of Moscow Government headed by prefect of Zelenograd Anatoly Smirnov visited the city of Harbin in China. The delegation took part in the round table "Cooperation in the framework of the Russian-Chinese coordinating Commission for innovative cooperation". It was suggested to consider the Specialized areas of small business of Zelenograd as a key for the creation of the international Hub-site. This offer was announced in connection with the interest and repeated visits to the territory of the Chinese representatives.

The agreement of intent on cooperation in the field of equipment for testing and certification of microelectronic products was signed in the presence of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China between KP "Development Corporation Zelenograd, "Milandr" and Chinese companies Surpass Commercial Ltd. (Poly Group), GWS Environmental.

Deputy Chairman of the people's government of Heilongjiang province Bi Bouwen received the delegation in the Harbin city. The Chinese side expressed interest during the meeting in the development of scientific, technical and economic contacts with the enterprises of Zelenograd.
