In the Prefecture it was held a meeting with the citizens on the topic of “The execution of the integrated development program of Zelenograd administrative district by 2016”.". First Deputy prefect Alexei Mikhalchenkov talked about last year achievements in Zelenograd.
– In sum I want to note: almost all tasks are currently performed. Zelenograd has demonstrated the sustainable development again. We have managed to implement several large scale projects, we continue work on the landscaping, development of medicine, education and social protection of population, improvement of transport communication. Zelenograd steps into 2017 as updated, more modern and comfortable city, – said Alexander Mikhalchenkov.
Statistics
The population of the district is 237,9 thousands persons, and the working – age population is almost 143 thousands. The demographic dynamics in the region still positive. For the first 9 months of this year more than 3 million babies came to light . Natural population growth amounted to more than 630 people.
The Average wage by main sector amounted to 58 thousand rubles (111% by 2015) for 6 months of 2016. According to Mosgorstat in Zelenograd the most significant growth of wages is observed in the industrial sector (123%) and wholesale trade (126%).
Science, industry and small business
The total volume of industrial production and scientific services performed for large and medium organizations amounted to 17.1 billion roubles, the growth rate of 106% .
The number of employees in large and medium-sized scientific and industrial organizations remained at the previous year's level and amounted to more than 11 thousand people. For 9 months of this year it has been created 240 new jobs.
The average wage in the organizations of science and industry of the County amounted to 60,8 thousand rubles, it is 16 % higher than in 2015.
In the district two major investment projects are implemented: the creation of Special economic zone "Zelenograd" and Innovative territorial cluster "Zelenograd".
In addition to the implementation of major projects infrastructure projects for small and medium-sized businesses are still created. . So the Business center in 16th district was put on operation in 2015. . The implementation of the 2nd phase of construction of the Specialized areas of small business (STMP) is at the start.
It’s going to create about 40 thousand new jobs thanks to developed projects. They are: Zelenograd special economic zone in Alabushevo, the former Center for Informatics and electronics, industrial zones Malino, East, South, Aleksandrovka, new neighborhoods (17th and 21st) until 2025.
