The long-awaited event was held in the  one district of Zelenograd, named as Inhabited complex of Youth (ICY). Clock Square with a fountain was opened  here. The district administration in a body took part in the event. The head of ICY A.Raptovski thanked everyone who was involved in arrangement of the fountain and the square. He said that the object stated in the "Guinness Book of records" in two categories . This square is the largest square, which is paved with round tiles – 600 square meters. Besides, it is the largest nowadays clock face (diameter almost 46 m). With this clock people will be able to recognize time  from outer space. Inside the fountain time is denoted  by controlled water jets, and along the perimeter – by powerful led lights.

Prefect of Zelenograd A. Smirnov said that after the opening the area immediately became  a cult place for the city.
