The Prefecture approved the first draft version of the Krukovo district plan limited by Kutuzovsky highway, passage №657 (St. George Avenue), passage № 687 and the projected SPAs (Special Protected Areas) "Wildlife Sanctuary" The Goretovka River” Valley”. This is the territory of the Center for Informatics and Electronics. The appropriate order of the Prefecture notes that in the future there will appear residential and office buildings, manufacturing facilities, cultural facilities, and others.
The building territory is divided into two functional areas. At the Centre for Informatics and Electronics area (first area, 7 hectares) there will be:
• Three administrative-business objects with underground and above-ground garages for more than 4,500 parking spaces
• the cultural-educational object
• multifunctional trade and consumer and a sports center with underground parking
• 12 buildings of industrial and warehouse use
• 5 land parking garages with nearly 3,000 parking spaces
In the second functional area in the 21st dictrict (almost 32 hectares) is planned to create the following objects:
• Children's Hospital with 300 beds
• children's polyclinic for 320 visits per shift
• Temple Complex
• ten apartment houses with accommodation facilities
• public facilities on the first floor
• secondary school for 550 places;
• nursery school for 220 places;
• Six above - underground parking garages with a total capacity for more than 1,700 parking spaces
• an object of trade and domestic use
• a cultural – educational object
• sports and recreation center
The planning project implies the development of the road network in this part of Zelenograd. In particular, there will be build a new main street of regional value at current red lines passage №658, 15 meters wide (four lanes) and a new passage site №687 along the projected new residential building area. The latter will be paved with the driveways and walkways.
