The Memorandum was signed on cooperation between the Prefecture of Zelenograd and the people's government of Haidian district of Beijing city, which, as Zelenograd district of Moscow, is a developed high-tech territorial unit of Beijing. The Memorandum was signed in Beijing. Andrey Novozhilov, Deputy prefect of the Zelenograd district, and Mu Peng, the first Deputy head of Haidian district signed the Memorandum.

The Memorandum will promote cooperation in scientific-technical and industrial policy, the Department of housing and communal services, social sector.

Solemn event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the partnership between Moscow and Beijing, reported by «Interfax». The signing of the contract about cooperation between Moscow and Beijing is one of the many events that took place in those days in Beijing: round tables discussion, meetings with representatives of the authorities of Beijing, the signing of several partnership programs. Alexander Kibovsky, head of Moscow's Department of culture said that during the visit a broad discussion of cultural issueswill take place   where they will discuss the subjects from the development of public spaces to preserve cultural heritage, reports the Information center of Moscow Government.

• Two major Federal economic projects are implemented in Zelenograd, as a result, we expect the creation of some 35-40 thousand jobs. If you currently have a good recognized brand "Made in China", and we want the brand "Made in Zelenograd" was worshiped all over the world, – said Andrey Novozhilov. Mu Peng said that the visit of the delegation of Zelenograd will create fertile ground for the development of relations of areas, including business.

Mu Peng also said that the Haidian district has a high scientific potential. On its territory there are the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 33 leading universities of Beijing, the national library, along with over 100 research institutions, technology parks and business incubators. 12 thousand high-tech companies work there.
