Capital assets were supplemented by two new technoloparks.

July, 16 the status of industrial parks was given to Zelenograd enterprise ELMA and Radio-factory Temp in the Southern District.
Oleg Bocharov, the Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship in Moscow, stated:
- We are changing the procedures related to the granting of status. And so additional conditions for obtaining the status of industrial park could open the possibility of the application of scientific and research institutes and technology parks, which cover an area of land less than two hectares. There are 26 such enterprises.

Elma is one of the oldest enterprises of Zelenograd which deals with electronic industry, optical equipment, instruments and power supplies, micro-electronics, photonics. Zelenograd technopark has development of medical diagnostic equipment, antivirals components for internal combustion engines in its prospect.
Property complex of "Technopark ELMA" includes four residential buildings for production purposes with total area of 60 500 square meters, located on the land for industrial use, with total area of 5.9 hectares.

In addition to Elma and Temp, there are 15 specialized industrial areas in the capital. The Moscow City Government will mind the observance of special status conditions by the newly-made technology parks. In the case of deviation from the main course the status of Technopark will be taken away, as well as the tax breaks.
