Research Institute of molecular electronics and plant «Micron» was adopted in the composition of the resident of SEZ «Zelenograd». The ground areas of the enterprises are included in the SEZ TVT in Moscow.
At the  September 21st  2015 the expert Council of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation  approved the application of the Joint-stock company «Scientific-research Institute of molecular electronics» and open joint stock company «NII of molecular electronics and plant «Micron» to the conclusion of Agreements on carrying on technical innovation business in the SEZ TW on the territory of the city of Moscow.

«Micron» is going to develop their production, introduce technology level 65GP-45 nm, 45-28 nm and below, develop and master the production of new chips for industrial and special purposes as a  resident of SEZ «Zelenograd» to.  Molecular electronics Institute should provide research and development support for these technologies. The branch of JSC «SEZ» is tasked to render assistance  in the organization  of  free customs zone regime on the new – third – the site of the SEZ «Zelenograd» that consists of two plots with a total area 13,39 HA.
At the 18 of September 2015 the Moscow city Government’s land plots were conveid to the management and disposal of the Ministry of economic development according to the agreement no. C-449-AD/d.
