The agreement between Zelenograd and the Moscow Bank of Sberbank of Russia was signed at the Prefecture of Zelenograd district. It lead of   the development of cashless payments among the residents of Moscow on the territory of Zelenograd district.

Representatives decided to unite efforts for implementation of joint research projects, and also for projects that create conditions for the improvement of payment taxes, increase of budget revenues due to the growth of the average ticket for transactions using Bank cards, financial competence, the accessibility of urban public transport, the economic performance.

Zelenograd will become an experimental platform for the introduction of new technologies of Banking system.

Besides in Zelenograd administrative district of Moscow it will be firstly  ,  used biometric system of payment in schools – project «Ladoshki» («Palms»).
