The participants of the WOOF festival took home more than 100 animals of Zelenograd`s shelter “Nika”

Fund of help for homeless animals and shelter "Nika" held in Moscow WOOF festival. Anyone could take home a stray cat or dog living at the shelter. 110 animals eventually gained a new home and owners.

Kind the event was held at the site of a bread factory No.9 in Moscow.

The 5,000 inhabitants of Moscow visited the festival. Some came for a loyal friend or just to look at animals from shelters, others brought gifts for the shelter pets. More than 600 kg of feed was distributed and sent to different shelters over the two days, as well as other useful gifts.

In the area of charity trade the guests were the products for Pets from Russian designers. The proceeds from the sale of goods sent to the construction of the unique Center for animal care "Wet nose", which is conducted by Fund "Nika". Area with master classes worked for children, and "School of kindness" and "Young vet" and playground.
