Draft Governmental Program “Development of Electronic and Radioelectronic Industry in 2012-2015”  was reviewed and approved at the Russian Federation Government meeting.

It is a complex program that shows general long-term development of electronics and radioelectronics based on federal purpose programs measures.

The purpose of the program is to increase competitive advantage of radioelectronic industry by creating infrastructure for development of priority guidelines, intergration into global market and development of innovation potential.

The program provides for measures aimed at development of national innovation system in accordance with the “2020 Innovation Development Strategy”. The program will be implemented in 3 stages: 2013-2015, 2016-2020 and 2021-2025. To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures purpose indicators will be used. In comparison with 2011 year the following mail results are to be achieved:

• increase by 2,7 times of domestic radioelectronic products share at the global market;
• increase by 2,5 times of domestic radioelectronic products share at the global market;
• increase by 6,5 times  of labor productivity;
• increase by 3 times of job places;
• increase by 6,4 times of production volume in monetary count);
• increase by 2 times of renovated and new main production assets;
• increase by 3,9 times  of product export volumes.
