Children Art School #9 is 25. It is an important event in the cultural life of the district. The school gives basic academic art education in drawing, painting, composition, culture and history of arts. Of more than 8000 school graduates 1000 continued their education in specialized  secondary and high education institution. The event was celebrated in “Zelenograd” Exhibition Hall by the school professors, pupils and graduates.
