The meeting took place the prefect Anatoly Smirnov with the residents with the participation of Moscow Government Minister, head of the Department of cultural heritage Alexander Kibovsky, and the Deputy of the Moscow city Duma Zinaida Dragunkina in the Prefecture of Zelenograd. The meeting was devoted to the perspective plans of development of the sphere of culture in Zelenograd.

The implementation of the state program "Culture of Moscow for the years 2012-2018" continues in the district. The program provides for urban development in accordance with the principle of cultural high. Leisure and recreation Muscovites have become more diverse, dynamic, and interactive, thanks to a new concept. The system of state cultural institutions makes recreation sites interesting and accessible to citizens. Head of culture Department Alexander Kibovsky told the citizens of the district about a major overhaul of the concert hall in CC "Zelenograd" and in the new hall "Vedogon-theatre". Head of the Department also spoke about the provision of new premises of the Museum of Zelenograd. Alexander Kibovsky and Anatoly Smirnov answered numerous questions of the citizens.

Alexander Kibovsky said that it is planned to put in order and theatre hall of the Cultural centre "Zelenograd" during a meeting with residents. "We must first solve all the issues with the concert hall. If we close on a reconstruction of both halls, we stop the cultural life of Zelenograd. Going to do one at a time and qualitatively", – said Alexander Kibovsky.
