In the fall of this year, Eastcompeace Rus, the Russian representative office of Eastcompeace Technology, a major Chinese sim card manufacturer, received the status of a resident in the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone.

On the territory of the special economic zone, it will issue bank cards and develop software for virtual sim cards. Now the company is working on designing its own building at the Alabushevo site in Zelenograd.

– The Eastcompeace Rus company has been in Zelenograd for 16 years. Localization in Alabushevo will provide an opportunity to develop new products for the Russian market on favorable terms. We are talking about such opportunities of a special economic zone as ready-made infrastructure and land plots, significant tax benefits, and the absence of bureaucracy. Work is already underway to design the building and prepare a technological project. We plan to start construction in the second quarter of next year, and put the building into operation in the first quarter of 2022, – said Konstantin Shimolin, head of Eastcompeace Rus.
