The international award in the field of RUSNANOPRIZE nanotechnologies at the forum "Open Innovations" was handed to the director of the company which is located in Zelenograd.

 

During a rewarding ceremony A. Chubais congratulated on a deserved success of the winner - the CEO of "NT-MDT" V. Bykov.

 

The international award in the field of nanotechnologies of RUSNANOPRIZE was founded by RUSNANO group in 2009 and is annually awarded for the breakthrough scientific and technological development and inventions introduced in mass production with an annual turnover not less than $10 million.

 

In 2014 the Award was awarded in the Optics and Nanoelectronics direction.
