From September 29 to October 3 in Zelenograd there will take place the VI All-Russian scientific and technical conference "Problems of Development of Perspective Micro and Nanoelectronic Systems — 2014" (MES-2014).

It included 150 reports more than three hundred authors. In general reports on MES-2014 are prepared by Russian-speaking authors from 22 cities from nine countries of the world. Among authors of reports: members of the Russian Academy of Sciences and national academies of other states, 62 doctors of science, 109 candidates of science, 57 masters, 9 bachelors, 50 graduate students.
