The representatives of the Belgian and Luxembourg business community visited the Russian factory of microelectronics "Angstrem-T" in Zelenograd.

The heads of major European manufacturers of telecommunication and IT equipment, construction, engineering and financial companies joined the delegation. The event was held with the support of the Government of Moscow, JSC "Special economic zone "Zelenograd", the Belgian-Luxembourg chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Belgium in Russia.

Businessmen examined the infrastracture of Russian modern manufacturing of microelectronics, wich consists of а semiconductor products factory developed with 90-130nm technology, design center, autonomous power plant, gas and water supply systems, system of production waste utilization, and also perspective areas for development of new technologies. Belgian businessmen held negotiations with "Angstrem-T" management on the prospects of further cooperation. In particular, one of the biggest chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world, Solvay company, is interested in placing the orders for manufacturing of the chips, wich will be used in medical industry.

The presentation was held offered to entrepreneurs in SEZ "Zelenograd". The delegation also visited sites of "Mikron" and "Alabushevo" SEZ "Zelenograd".
