On May, 24 the mission of the consultants of the World Bank in face of Mr. Gevork Sarkisyan, the coordinator of the Russian program of the World Bank in infrastructure and power engineering, and the number of consultants visited The territorial administration of Federal agency on control of special economic zones.

 

The basic purpose of the visit of mission consisted of estimating of the possibilities of integration SEZ into the economy of region and determining the measures, necessary for the assistance in the creation and the successful work SEZ in Zelenograd.

 

In the course of the visit the attempts to analyze the structure of the economy of region, to estimate the possibilities of the acting innovation structure to region and ways for its development, and also to determine the participation of the World Bank in the formation of the infrastructure SEZ of "Zelenograd" were undertaken.

 

The deputy of the head of The territorial administration of Federal agency on control of special economic zones Anatoly Andreevich Kovalev and the general director of the innovative-technological center of Zelenograd Vladimir Aleksandrovich Bespalov have taken part in this meeting. Under the offer of representatives of the World Bank the decision within a month to prepare the program of participation of the World Bank in projects of arrangement of the centers of address retraining of personnel, the centers of collective use and business incubators, which are planed to construct was accepted.
