The past night in Moscow became the coldest in the past four years

The night from 17 to 18 January in Moscow became the coldest in the last four years. The minimum temperature was -23.6 ℃. In Zelenograd it was -27 ℃, in the area of the Severny village - almost -29 ℃.

It is noted that earlier the temperature in Moscow dropped below -20 ℃ on January 26, 2017. Then the temperature was recorded at -22.9 ℃.

In the Moscow region in the early morning of January 18, the minimum air temperature in Zaraysk was -31.4 ℃, in Cherusty - -31.1 ℃, and in Serebryanye Prudy - -30 ℃.
