The last participant of the battle of Stalingrad in Zelenograd died

On October 28, at the age of 99, Nikolai Laptev passed away.

Possessing the character of a Russian soldier, such as selflessness, stamina, bravery, courage and honor, Nikolai Dmitrievich went through the entire war from 1941 to 1945.

Member of the defense of Moscow and the Battle of Stalingrad, fought on the 1st and 2nd Ukrainian fronts, in the battles for the Dnieper, in the heroic battle for Berlin, was awarded the Order of the Red Star and the Patriotic War of the first degree, medals for Courage, for the Victory over Germany and memorable medals, disabled of the Great Patriotic War.

As a participant in the Great Patriotic War, he devoted all his knowledge and experience to the formation of spiritual and moral values ​​of children and youth. In the lessons of courage, using his examples, he contributed to the education and formation of a sense of patriotism and civic activity, helped to be an honest citizen and patriot of his homeland.
