The Alabushevo site is a strategic object of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. The main task is to turn the site into a center for the development of high technologies, to minimize the construction time and to provide the territory with a full-fledged infrastructure and landscaping. This was told by the General Director of the SEZ “Technopolis“ Moscow ”Gennady Degtev at a meeting with residents of the site“ Alabushevo ”.

- Until the end of September, the number of employees at the Alabushevo site will double. Catering places will be equipped, free scooter rental will be available for employees of resident companies, the possibility of launching shuttles inside Alabushevo and a transfer from the Kryukovo railway station will be considered, ”said Gennady Degtev.

One of the tasks is to stop the outflow of personnel from Zelenograd. Now it makes up about 30 percent of the total working-age population.

“For this purpose, preparatory programs for schoolchildren in highly specialized working specializations may appear on the territory of the Alabushevo site, job fairs will become more regular,” said Gennady Degtev.

The territory of the special economic zone in Zelenograd should be filled as quickly as possible with residents and highly qualified personnel, who will be comfortable developing their business on favorable terms. The layout of Alabushevo was drawn up according to the type of “greenfield”, which requires a review of the rental conditions and functionality of the use of development objects.

- In spring, a new project for the planning of the Alabushevo territory will be approved. Restrictions will be lifted from the land plots of residents, which will allow changing the maximum height of buildings. Changes will affect the navigation system, as well as the design code of the entire territory. A conceptual plan for these changes will appear before the end of summer, ”Degtev emphasized.

The Alabushevo project is one of the sites of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. It is planned to build production facilities with an area of ​​almost 300 thousand square meters, to create more than five thousand new jobs.

The area is 142.7 hectares. A fire station and a customs post have already appeared here, as well as buildings of enterprises for the production of medicines, glucometers and laser equipment, synthetic sapphire products, buildings for IT companies and more. Now on the territory of Alabushevo 21 residents are located. They are engaged in high-tech production in the field of microelectronics, medicine, information and communication and energy-efficient technologies.
