“Smart City” site will be deployed in Phase 2 of the Specialized Area of Small Business in the Eastern Utility Zone of Zelenograd. Zelenograd companies’ advanced technologies and R&D products in the field of video surveillance, RFID-technologies, intellectual resources inventory, adaptive lighting and other areas are planned to be used at the site.

Phase 2 area will be about 30 thousand sq. mt. There will be 12 new resident companies that will create 800 jobs. Thus, a total of 40 companies will operate at STMP (including Phase 1 companies). High technologies, energy, instrument engineering and other technological areas will be new residents’ primary focus of work.
