Zelenograd enterprise JSC «GAC «Milandr» in cooperation with University of Tomsk of control systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR ) carry out the project «Automated system of commercial accounting of energy resources» (AMR). Recently the Zelenograd  enterprise delegation headed   by General Director Mikhail Pavlyuk visited the Siberian university. The purpose of the visit was to sum up intermediate results of common project implementation in order of thegovernment of the Russian Federation No. 218 on cooperation of universities with industrial partners and to discuss future cooperation plans.

«Milandr» is a leading Russian company-developer and manufacturer of microelectronic components. The reporting system system for collecting information about consumed resources, that was  developed in cooperation with TUSUR was invented  for  collecting statistics about used utilities (gas, electricity, heat), its transmission to the server for processing, archiving, and presentation to users for payment. The system can be applied for housing and communal services in the individual flats or in the whole building, and also   in the commercial and industrial enterprises and educational establishments. The Centre of the system design was opened for work about Tusur project.

The Tomsk University and JSC «PKK Milandr» are going to create the full-service industrial site on the basis of the Center of system design. With this view in the Center is created a division that will develop the hardware part of the system - the actual devices. The Association of groups of developers of hardware and software solutions within the Center of the system design will create conditions for the development of complete intelligent systems for «smart houses», this systemt will allow you to test devices and software,and makecorrections. The next step will be designing of integrated circuits.
