"Mikron" ready to develop projects for infrastructure development of "Smart city" in cooperation with Russian developers of devices and services.

Modern technology is changing urban environment, economic landscape and social ties, creating the ability to manage municipal services at a qualitatively new level and create an active demand for new digital services in this area. Many different initiatives are being implemented on the market today. An important decision will be the creation of a public-platform, open-source, based on the Russian hardware and software.

"Mikron" has a manufacturing base that has already available solutions for control and identification, logistics and advertising, automation and optimization of business processes in various industries. Product line is constantly expanding.

Conference "The Connected city: apps, services, and investments" was held in Moscow on 9 October. The purpose of the event is to exchange opinions, to consider the real experience of implementing IOT solutions, to identify key factors in the formation of the concept "Smart city" to discuss mechanisms for investments in urban digital infrastructure to determine the scalability of successful projects and prospects of development, to agree on common standards for the exchange of data and information.
