Huawei, a well-known Chinese company, one of the world largest telecommunications companies, has completed the IV All-Russian ICT competition "Honor Cup 2018". The final competition was held in Moscow, where the winners of the qualifying contests of the Honor Cup 2018 and the international IT-Planet Olympiad met.

Almost 9,000 people attended the first, qualifying contest of the competition. In general, each contender for victory had to go through three competition stages, two of which were virtual.

According to the results of the HCNA international certification exam, 25 winners were identified, 5 in each nomination.

NIU MIET postgraduate Alexey Sviridov succeeded to take third place in the vIP nomination (very Important Protocol - technologies and protocols of IP networks). He participated in the contest for the second time. Alexey marked a high organization level of competition, especially of the final contest.

Huawei specialists conducted lectures and master classes for the finalists.

In addition, four more MIET participants passed the qualifying contests of the competition.
