SITRONICS Microelectronics participated in conference in San Francisco

SITRONICS Microelectronics, a major Russia and CIS microelectronics developer, manufacturer and exporter, participated in “Innovation, Trade And Technologies: Benefits From Proper Use” conference held within the framework of the annual APEC forum in San Francisco, where representatives of major hi-tech Russian companies were invited.

At the conference, Mr. Andrey Golushko, Deputy General Director (Marketing) of OAO NIIME&Micron, a division of SITRONICS Microelectronics, spoke on the Russian innovation development experience and participated in the panel discussion “Finance, Telecommunications And Electronic Trade” moderated by Mr. Joe Alhadeff, Oracle Vice President.

The microelectronics subdivision of SITRONICS is strongly developing sci-tech cooperation with major Western companies to form a global microelectronics cluster in Zelenograd based on “Micron” plant. Today the plant’s ecosystem incorporates 80 companies from 12 countries, some of them having already deployed there manufacturing facilities here. Some more OAO NIIME&Micron partners are ready to deploy their laboratories and manufacturing facilities in Russia on condition that the economic terms would be competitive as compared to other countries.
