Eugeny Balashov is a new name in Moscow government and Science and Industrial Policy City Board. Last December he took up his duties as deputy minister and deputy head of the Board. He is in charge of innovations as well as realization of “Moscow innovation system development” target program.

Visit to Zelenograd became a step forward to the program development as Zelenograd plays a key role in it.

Deputy minister met prefect A.Smirnov and deputy prefect A.Telminov. In MIET technological village he took place in conference of innovative activities supporting infrastructure. From Zelenograd side there were some suggestions on innovation field development. The issue of creating a development chain for an innovation company was also considered.

The motion of creating a new technopark in Zelenograd was made. It must become an intermediate step and “home” of innovative companies for 5-7 years untill the business firms up enough.
