The Agency of strategic initiatives, the Prefecture of the Zelenograd administrative Area and the State-owned enterprise of Moscow "Corporation of Zelenograd's development " held a presentation of roadmaps of the National technology initiative (STI) for representatives of Innovation territorial cluster "Zelenograd" in the building of the State enterprise "Corporation of Zelenograd's development ."
The National technology initiative is a similar principle. In the development of the National technology initiative involves teams of scientists, entrepreneurs, representatives of development institutions and authorities. Together they are working on roadmaps STI that include software development of high-tech sectors of the economy on the horizon until 2035.
STI, in essence, is the programme of measures for the formation of a fundamentally new markets and creation of conditions for global technological leadership of Russia. Initiative provides a systemic solution to identify key technologies needed changes in rules and regulations, financial measures and workforce development, mechanisms of engagement and remuneration of the carriers of required competencies. The technology choice is madeaccording to the main trends of world development, based on the priority of networking technologies, centered around the person as the end user.
The end point, when all plans will have to become a reality, the initiators of the project call 2035. The plan for achieving the main result — the introduction of breakthrough technologies and bringing them to Russian and international market is based on technology foresight. Planning is built from the future: first, it is formed the desired image by 2035, incorporated the necessary resources, and then developed step-by-step plan of action for the near future.
The presentation of the STI was made to invite our enterprise and innovative business to be involved in the process of creating new technologies or to join already existing projects.
Entrepreneurial and scientific initiatives are developed and discussed in working groups STI, then you plan to promote them in cooperation with the structures of public administration and national companies aspiring to global leadership. While the embodiment of the system of regulatory measures and infrastructural support, developed under the STI, will accelerate the development of promising markets with the participation of Russian high-tech companies.
The participants of the working groups told about future markets and road maps in specific areas, developed in the framework of STI. General Director of LLC "Innovative projects", a
member of the staff of the working group AeroNet Kushner presented a road map for the development of the market AeroNet (unmanned aerial vehicles). Director of innovative development of JSC "NPO "Saturn", member of the Presidium of the working group PPT D. Ivanov told about the concept of the road map for the development of advanced manufacturing.
General Director of LLC "Neurobotics", a member of the staff of the working group NeuroNet V. Konyshev presented a roadmap of market development Neuronet. He believes that STI can really help science and business to develop breakthrough technologies, since the state plans to invest in the implementation of innovative projects of significant financial resources. STI, according to him, it is also useful because it is possible to find partners for joint projects and to come into direct contact with Russian scientists.
